Terrible service they cancelled an appointment that I had for over 2 weeks because they stated I did not confirm appointment with them. Don't waste your money on these people that don't care, your just a number. They have been sued as well for bad dentistry. They have a very high staff turn over, I never get the same people. Extremely disappointed. I'm looking for another dentist.

If there were an option to give a 0, I would give them a BIG ZERO. I had an awful experience with them. The hygienist didn’t know how to clean teeth. Every time she tried she cut my gums. You’re only a number! Horrible skills and horrible attitude towards clients. Avoid this place!

Great experience all around at Riccobene Monkey Junction! From receptionists, x-ray technicians, hygienists, and dentists, the entire staff is friendly and has made me feel at ease. The office is a clean and comfortable space, too. I was a patient with the prior dental practice, and stayed on after Riccobene took over—I've been super happy with the transition. Highly recommend!

Questions & Answers

If a customer has a non-emergency issue after a procedure (such as a temporary crown), what is the proper way to address the situation for the company and most importantly, the customer?

Call and choose the prompt to speak to whichever person deals with non emergency dental issues. Explain your concern clearly and if you don't get a satisfactory answer, ask to speak with the office manager.

Do you do root canals? Do you take Delta Dental

Yes, they do root canals. I know they accept quite a few different kinds of insurance, but I suggest calling them and asking what insurances they accept.

They try to fit people in all the time. You just have to call in and speak with somebody.

Do they have walkin hrs for new patients?

To my knowledge no they don't. To put it another way, if your temporary crown falls off, no sense walking in cuz I did & they made a appt for the following day. The dentists tell you to call immediately but you aren't seen unless you have a appt even in an emergency
