My experiences with MusicMedic go back a while now. In the past, I was never a huge fan on ordering predetermined sets for pad jobs. Typically having every half millimeter size on hand is beneficial when it comes to putting pads into cups. I he folks at MusicMedic have figured out a way though to sell a pad set that works with a relatively high rate of success. I just recently bought a set for an old Chu Berry soprano. Four of the pads did not fit quite right so I called them up and they sent them out the replacements immediately. This saves me a good deal of time and I appreciate them for this.

I'm sure these folks do good things, but I was dismissed very quickly when needing a simple repair to a student instrument. I felt very talked down to and as if our needs didn't matter. I understand that our needs were simple, but instantly referring me without asking what I needed was a bit like saying: "You're poor leave us alone."
