We have 3 no interest, no credit check payment plans. First one has a limit of $1200 and $50 monthly draft payment. Patients are responsible to pay 50% of every visits costs. If it is over 500.00, it is collected 2 weeks prior for deposit.
Yes, 50% of total cost up front. Payment plan for the rest at $50 per month. I just had over $2200 worth of work, paid half up front and financed the balance.
I think so. I think my insurance cover it. You may be able to refuse it. I'm not sure if they require it for their services.
