It advertises 24 hours, and I tried to get some tylenol for my sick baby and the store was closed doors were lock, even tho the giant 24 hrs sign was on and the store hours and website also say 24 hrs

The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone and will hold prescriptions hostage so you can not transfer to a different store.

You might should contact poison control. To get their advice. You can call the pharmacy and ask them if they carry it but my 1st call would probably be to poison control.
