Pizza did not have toppings up the crust some pieces a little more than half so they took it back and added topping still weren't much better manager told me that is how they came out bc the crust rises I understand that but if you put toppings on there it will rise with pizza 6 I do not complain about things unless I have valid reason but when u pay 20 for a pizza you expect a good pizza not one that doesn't have toppings on 1/3 or more of pizza

The pizza was horrible. Toppings weren't on the entire pizza like it was supposed to be. It looked like it was old and thrown together and it tasted horrible. We threw it away. I would've taken it back but I was extremely tired and didn't feel like driving back. I was so disappointed

Came up after my wife just had our baby after 18 hours labor the only thing she wanted was pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut I pick up the pizza get it back the thing look like it been sitting for an hour dry not warm at all call up there explain to him the situation bring that pizza back for them to hand me a pepperoni and mushroom pizza I explained to him that it was supposed to be just pepperoni I get told to drive around and the manager will be out I come back around they give me another pizza and then use the excuse they thought my order was thin crust and that's why the first one was so thin when I showed her the first one that it was hand-tossed she said oh not one apology or anything highly dissatisfied with the customer service there tonight
