.Along with many other reviews stating that this place is highly unprofessional in regards to particular nurses degrading you and aiming to make certain comments at the window to publicly cause humiliation and hippa rights violated due to lack of privacy. I fully agree. Not only did i NOT or anyone else for that matter deserves to be harassed like i was by this nurse . In addition i had NOT said a word to her. I repeatedly stated that i didnt say a word to her, she kept on antagonizing me saying clearly things that were personal and about me in a public setting in addition to her laying in on me when i have literally not said or done anything (video and audio proof of this ) i finally even said im not trying to have a confrontation. It was ME trying to De ESCALATE HER. I wanted NO part in the confrontation she was aiming to create and the rise she wanted to get out of me. This certain female nurse at the kalispell MT location kept harassing me. Continued to make several more very hurtful upsetting comments AIMED to purposely make me upset and make me feel a type of way. It was so very clear. Did i mention this was personal information she was saying out loud in a hurtful sarcastic manner. What nurse who's "mission statement to this company of CMS is" to treat patients with empathy, dignity and upmost respect " ? You would think she would know her words can easily send someone back into addiction. Code of ethics and HIPPA violations i believe are being completely broken here. Once she has clearly seen in my face she has upset me and hurt me she further HARRASSES ME AND THREATENS ME IN A VERY THREATENING TONE MIGHT I ADD THAT BEHAVIOR IS APART OF PRIVLEDGE INCREASE. Trying to BOAST of her power over patients.She said this to me to take on the effect of if i reported her actions (even though clinical staff/other patients could hear/see all of this happening in real time) that if i didnt act the way SHE wanted or FEED HER EGO that SHE had the power to keep me down in a way. Even though up to this point over a year later in my recovery i have not done anything wrong!I have NEVER FAILED, i say NEVER (PAPERWORK PROOF) HAVE FAILED ANY testing of any kind AND ZERO behavioral problems in any way shape or form. This Nurse needs to be fired!I am NOT the only one on these reviews who has reported this at this clinic. Due to code of ethics and HIPPA violations i WILL be pursuing this to the highest level. I have reported this also yesterday right after it happend to the corporate office. This is NO way for a rehabilitation center should conduct itself. 100 percent i wouldnt be surprised if she is the sole reason some patients relapse. There are so many things this nurse did totally wrong yesterday. She was completely out of line. Completely unprofessional and completely is the opposite of what this company says it stands for and represents. Id be ashamed if i was her. I truly couldnt believe this woman was treating me this way period and especially in front of others. How dare you do that to someone. Why would one muster up the courage to get help to get torn down and degraded by the very people who are put in place to help you, show empathy, compassion dignity and respect all of what this companies website speaks of?!!! She went against and conducted herself in the extreme opposite spectrum of the very words and mission statement of this establishment. How would she feel if her dr. Went around yelling out all her personal information, threatened her, degraded her , harrasses her, antagonized her and all she did was literally not say one word. Thats exactly what i did , i literally did not say one word. She went off completely unprovoked.Shes a bully and deserves and NEEDS to be FIRED immediately. I will be pursuing this like i said to the highest and fullest extent. Every clinical staff member that just sat there listening to this and seeing this shame on you for not standing up for what was wrong in those cruel and hurtful moments of my life that day. Wednesday 12th of October in the Kalispell MT location. Shame on all of you.

Staff are all rude, anti- maskers who complain 24/7. Medication is used to punish and control sick people here. Not a good place, try another clinic for your meds

I went over for my appointment on December 17 at 11am and I called in my Medicaid travel for that day and they told me that I missed it. I was there so can you check your records and have who ever needs to call them and let them know I was over there on Dec 17 please thank you!!!!
