This is the only problem with buying disposable vapes. I'm sorry this happened to you. If you keep buying disposable vapes. You will discover that this happens ALL THE TIME. Stop wasting your money. Buy a good vape that you can manage. And get a cart by it self. You will save money and have far less frustration. A $10 off code is quite insulting I'm surprised they even did that don't expect a refund ever.
