This Goodwill is easily the absolute worst in the area, by a mile. It's an absolute dump. The shelves are a disaster. Good luck sifting through the piles and messes everywhere. If you want to go to a Goodwill- go to Huntley, East Algonquin, or Crystal Lake. These locations are all neat, well kept, and organized. The difference to this store is night and day. Might as well shut this location down.

This used to be one of my favorite Goodwill to go to but it’s really gone downhill over the last few years. The shelves are a complete mess, you can barely pick up anything without 10 items falling on the ground. Ever since they stopped accepting furniture and don’t provide bags to force you to buy their reusable branded Goodwill bags. Clean up your store Goodwill, it’s basically on the level of a terrible garage or yard sale.

Yes. If the drive- up isn't open u can always walk your donation into the store.
They sell whatever gets donated to them. Sometimes they'll have Littlest Pet Shop toys, sometimes they don't.

I believe u need to b 18. U should try asking, they usually will direct u to a website or corporate #.
Just drop off at the drive-up donation door on the side of the building during open hours. Someone is always there to assist and give you a tax receipt for your items.
