Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in, The reason I’m giving this place a one star is due to the fruit fly infestation and lack of handling bug issues regardless of the living situation that went on for 15 months straight! Everyone in my unit moved out because it was so bad, no matter how many times you notify the staff nothing changes, I knew it was bad when my neighbors were telling me they also have fruit flies and are ready to move. They won’t handle the actual problem which is obviously a resident so here is the results. I was also charged with two closet doors that weren’t even put into the rooms when I moved in. Which somehow they have no record of not having closet doors before, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE money is ALL they CARE about.

Well.. I've lived here 3 years and due to have my lease renewed. Not sure I plan on doing that. When I first moved here I loved it. Not so much now. This place has gone down so much. I consider myself a good tenant and abide by the rules but if you live here not everyone goes by the rules. Loud music all hours of the night right outside your window. Tenants leaving their trash outside the door or on the patios for days. I have things falling apart in my apartment and have put work orders in to have everything fixed with no response. I went into the office yesterday to ask when I could expect it to be done and they said they have no idea when. My garbage disposal isn't working and I have knats accumulating every day. They offered me a new lease with a fifty dollar increase. I could go on and on.. I believe I could find a better place to live then pay the fifty dollar increase.

I like my apartment. The maintenance and office staff are great and are considerate and helpful, most of all friendly. 🙂

Office hours are never consistent and communication between the corporate office (who always answers the phone and rarely ever the actual Evansville location) is nonexistent. A lease takeover that should’ve taken no more than a week at most has taken almost 2 months with no sign of it going anywhere. Decent apartment but beware if you move in you’ll never be able to get a hold of the office unless you are able to catch them at the rare times they’re in, also can’t forget to mention you’ll be made to wait 6+ months to get a work order filled and if you’re anything but Caucasian expect a nasty attitude from the maintenance men who always seem to be around but never doing anything.
