I lived here for about 2 years. They had cut a hole in the wall to fix the tub leak and never patched it and left insulation everywhere in my closet. Older maintenance did a very bad job with requests. The new guys are nice but the management of the property is horrible and doesn’t communicate properly. I had several requests put in that they never cared to follow up on. Pool has been open maybe a total of 2/3 months in the 2 years I’ve lived there. The office staff is always busy and on “lunch” until about 5:30 when they close at 6. Staff has bounced around so much in 2 years they are inconsistent and don’t keep track of paperwork properly. The show apartment is so much nicer than the actual last second thrown together apartments they actually rent to you. I had my car broken into here as well. The pool to my knowledge still isn’t open even though it’s summer break for kids. They will always find strange ways to throw unexpected fees and find ways you violate your lease. Oh yea, unless you’re actively trying to rent good luck getting a call/email back 😂.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. Literally a box on the side of the road would be better. Everyone in the office is so disrespectful and fails to return a single call. We lived here for a year and there are still maintenance requests they have not been fixed since the day we moved in. This place is a complete scam. Law suits should be filed.

Excellent apartments with a wonderful staff who truly cares and treats you like family. My questions and concerns are always handled professionally and with care by Ashley. And any maintenance need is promptly seen to addressed by TJ and Frankie. They keep the complex clean and updated. They are a fantastic team and make this a great place to live!

ive been begging the lady at the office to send maintenance to fix things! water gets cold after 6-7 mins of the shower. water wont drain rent wait 887 when i moved in every month the rent is around 1035 …….2 bedroom. they will not fix nothing lied and say they came but never did . this is the worst experience i ever had DO NoT!!!!!!! i hate this for me and my kids
