The ONLY reason I am giving my apartment complex 2 stars is for the old lady in the office that called me about my rent and continued by giving me a rude attitude about our closet doors being in the hallway when I’ve called about them getting taken care of and no one had answered the phone so her attitude was uncalled for. This lady also broke hippa laws and violated my human rights by asking me what my medical conditions were as to why I have my emotional support animals. And when I told her I wasn’t answering that question. She tells me that she was going to ask my doctor. Idk who this old lady is but Ashley witnessed the conversation. This lady is the only reason I’m not happy with fairmont and I don’t even know who she is. Ashley is a great property manager and does her job excellently. I have no issues with Ashley; she always is respectful and helpful with whatever I need help with.
