Having never been there before, i decided to give them a try. The food was not what i expected it to be. It was incredibly difficult to eat and enjoy. It was sloppy and dissapointing. The price was way too much for fried chicken.

Seriously got ripped off. Do not come here. My mom came and got 4 of us “their famous sandwiches” and they ripped us off by only giving us 3 of the 4 sandwiches. She didn’t notice it until got back to the hotel. What a rip off. Never going here

I'm partial to them because they're efficient and friendly, so I would like to say they made a mistake. Did you talk to them? They'll rectify the situation immediately.

Can you place train your people to listen more than speak? I order my drink with no ice every time, and every time they put ice in it. The one time I gave it back to them and requested no ice, they said they would fix it, and gave it back with ice.

Why when you go though the drive thru do they not let you finish your sentence before they interrupt you. It seems to me that common curticy is to listen, then reply after the person finishes talking. Maybe this is why they get my order wrong....

Maybe they couldn't Hear you.. There is So Much Noise in The Kitchen!!!! Sometimes people can't hear... I Love Their FOOD !!!!!!!! ALWAYS...FAST SERVICE..... Sorry About That.... I Don't Work there.. I Do Go Alot There... I've Never Had Any Problems With Their SERVICE.. Always Pleasant !!!!! Maybe they Just Had A Bad Day... We All Have Those Days!!!!! Take Care.... Have A Nice Day.....
