From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, one person could not have been nicer than the next. I was greeted by 2 lovely women. The Nurse, Doug, was delightful as was the NP, Julie, as was Lee who did my EKG. All the ancillary staff was also fabulous. They were responsive, explanatory, and overall a phenomenal experience. This urgent care should be avoided, at all cost! There is a pun intended. My daughter went to the Advocate Aurora urgent care in for simple blood test. While she had no issue with the service, 4 separate bills have arrived for over $800! We have great health insurance, this was a mystery. Conversations with this group led nowhere, so we are dealing with our health insurer. This group is the biggest pricing scam I’ve ever seen. Beware going to Advocate Aurora urgent care in Crystal Lake. They will over-bill, double-bill, and use incorrect price coding, to rip you off!

Yes these people STEAL from patients DO NOT EVER go to an Advocate facility unless you want to be double billed
No it's done at the main hospital at 450 west Hwy 22, Barrington which is 10 mins away
Yes X-rays until 8:00 p.m. all other imaging tests needs an appointment.
I have meridian health i believe thats medicaid and there is no charge
