The staff was very friendly! Overall, the hotel was okay. Humidity was high and there was a musty smell throughout. The furniture in the main/breakfast area was stained and it gave the area an unclean feeling. The room itself was well kept and clean. The carpeting throughout the hotel seemed old and smelly. The pool area looked well maintained. However, there was a broken plastic tub for the wet towels - made it look unclassy. The breakfast provided was decent, although not great. Overall, our stay wasn't bad- the place just needs a burst of fresh air and a few touch ups here and there. And again - the staff was great!! That is always very important. Ah and great location near the water park! Ohhh and almost forgot- the remote control in our room didn't work.

Our stay was totally better than expected. I don’t think I’ve ever had an all around great experience at any hotel, ever. Absolutely no complaints! Pool is open til 11pm. Breakfast is amazing & the staff does a great job at keeping up with the food demand. The hotel itself is extremely clean. Upon first walking into our room, it smelled fresh & inviting—not something I’ve immediately noticed at other hotels. Room was immaculate, the beds very comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were great.. personable & very responsive to any needs or requests. Still find it hard to believe the low rate I paid for 2 nights & the all around great experience of this stay. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

I've stayed here a couple times for work. For a week at a time .. great staff and clean rooms .. I've never tested the gym or pool out but everything is good so far. No complaints. Would stay here again and close to food spots.

Stayed here for a work weekend. Came in about 1-1/2 early before check in and worked with Nora and her manager to get checked in early - I really appreciated it as I was going to be working until close to midnight that evening. They saved me a huge headache of doing it later. Room was clean, comfortable, and everything I really needed. Thanks again!
