The employees and managers were little to help in making my stepfather port from AT&T to T-Mobile with poor information about the promotions and how it works. To not even offering to walk him thru the steps on setting his online account. They really didn’t care about the customer experience

This is the worst store that I have ever been to during the whole course of my life. My wife and I visited this store a few days ago because wanted upgrade our Iphones. I waited in line for my turn for a while, then when it was my turn, the agent who was taking care of me was impolite, and was trying to do things in a rush and by doing so he was not answering all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. Then he saw a lady come in the store and once he heard that she wanted to buy a cell phone plan, he immediately cut off the conversation with me by saying: “your plan does not qualify for any upgrade.” He closed the window on his computer and walked away from me to take care of the lady who had just entered the store. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but nobody responded to my request. Then I called Team Mobile over the phone and explained the whole situation and the agent over the phone asked me to put the store agent on the phone, but here is where things turn worse: the agent from the stoee was rude and disrespectful even to the agent who was on the phone. Then a lady who had been listening to whole situation the approached me and said: “Hi. My name is … I am the manager. I will take care of you.” What the hell is going on in ths store?” Why didn’t she say that she was the manager when she heard me asking for the manager? No doubt that these people do not know anything about customers service. She ended up telling me the same thing that she heard her co- worker telling me. Of course she had to back up him. That is just what unethical people do. Today, October 8, 2022, I called Team Mobile and got out Iphones upgraded. While I was talking with the agent over the phone I told her about our experience at that store and she advised us to write this review about the bad service at that store. My advice to everyone is: Don’t go to that store.

Horrible service! Seems like they were not even interested in helping me out. And don't get me started on how dirty the reps hands and nails were. Yuck! I didn't even et this name. Not going back to this store EVER!

Why is it that you go into T-Mobile acts phone assistance for very simple question like how to mirror from Galaxy 8 to a Samsung TV in and made a major project and directed med me to go to Best Buy they could give me a decent answer very disappointed

Ismael, as a former enployee of T-Mobile USA and a decade + in the Cellular Retail Workspace, I can tell you now that there is no training set in place for the T-Mobile Specialists to take in order to assist you with a question of that nature. The T-Mobile Specialists referred you to bestbuy because the larger store sells both cell phones and TVs side-by-side and has the training to be able to give you proper direction, rather than give you improper directions.
