I am a retired home health nurse and worked with this agency (among others). They are the best in Pierce County. I've experienced as a workers as well as through friends and family receiving services. They have an uncommon approach to keeping their employees fulfilled and that provides a positive trickle down effect to the clients receiving care. I recommend their services as a first choice. Came out to see mom once, both the RN & PT after which she was immediately hospitalized. In fact PT person knew we had Dispatch health coming the same day. They then all of a sudden refused service after she was discharged again. Didn't have the decency to speak to us directly.

My mother received excellent care from Puget Sound Home Health. The nurses were knowledgeable and addressed all her needs. The physical and occupational therapists got her up and moving, dressing herself and using the bathroom. Highly recommend.
