Best ever!!! Everyone was a delight to deal with. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The quality of service is a truly wonderful experience. Staff kept in contact and were 200% on top of things. I brought my older Viking machine in for repair and I absolutely could not be happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. They were all so very helpful. This is my go-to place for any and all sewing needs.

I’ve always wanted to learn how to sew but I learn best by demonstration and hands on approaches. I signed up for their beginning sewing class and Velvet made it so relaxing and inspiring that I walked out with a sewing machine and a great new hobby! The staff is friendly and very helpful. They run awesome sales on their machines and offer flexible financing. I highly recommend them for your sewing needs!

I've been wanting to get back into sewing for some time, but after not sewing for over 10 years, and a new machine, I lacked the confidence. I found a Groupon for a beginner class to make a tote bag and decided it was time. When I called Quality, they told me that I could also sign up for what they call, "Getting to Know your Machine" classes. and that they were free, even if I didn't buy my machine there! I immediately signed up, have since taken 2 classes, and am signed up for 3 more! The teacher I had at the Tacoma store, Velvet, was knowledgeable, great with direction, and generally just a very nice person. I'm looking forward to more classes, and continuing my sewing with their help.

Sherm, we do take pre-owned machines on trade-in when you purchase a new machine but we don't simply buy back old machines. The best bet for that would be to sell it online. Hope this helps. Thanks!
