Old school Polish smokehouse. Known for their kielbasa, I usually get the double smoked. Pulaski is a superior butcher, many fine cuts are available here. Great steaks and chops. The smoked pork chops are out of this world. Many varieties of homemade pierogis are available. They have good variety of Polish specialty items. They carry wonderful baked goods. We love their baked and smoked hams. The black forest ham is our favorite. They have great bacon, both baked and smoked. In the morning, if you time it right, you can score some kielbasa warm out of the smoker. Large selection of european products are available here. Free parking is available in back of the store.

Best meat store on eastern European taste. Products, mainly meats, and service are very good.

All recommendations are in effect: the serving area is separated from direct access, masks are mandatory, cusomers are keeping a safe distance ...

Sorry, but we do not.
Yes we do!
Sorry, we do not carry those.
It is ok to buy before.
Yes, you can visit their online store at their website. www.pulaskimeats.com
Sorry but we only offer bone in short rib. Thank You
Yes, a parking lot in back. It's a one way street off of Wood Ave. so you'll have to drive around the block. Otherwise plenty of metered parking in front
I am sure that they do not carry it, neither does any of the other Polish deli in the area. Czarnina, that's how it's called and spelled, has to be prepared from the blood of a freshly killed duck. And as such, duck can be only obtained from a farm and cleaned and cooked by someone who knows how to do it. Most of even seasoned cooks do not know how to cook it. As this in itself is an art to turn the soup into delicacy. I miss my mom's and brother's soups while visiting Poland as both are gone now.
Yes, jelly, cheese, raspberry, etc.
