I brought my ring in to be re sized. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I felt completely comfortable leaving my ring there especially after reading some other reviews. The woman said she would call when it was ready to be picked up and to give it about a week. They called the next day to let me know it was already done!

This jewelry store is a hidden gem in Newport, Maine. Through the years we used TJ's for jewelry repairs and et cetera. A++ service and workmanship. Jeff, the jeweler, is a consummate professional with a fine eye for detail. He also prices fairly, especially for the high quality work. He and his staff are personable and their follow-through is amazing. Most recently, we had a white gold wedding set rhodium plated and the solitaire prongs repaired/replaced. It was looking like it needed his special care. Jeff (TJ) made a few suggestions that were definitely warranted. He treats his customers like they are very special.. In this instance, we were unable to get out to Newport, We had the rings sent to him -- no worry! They arrived and were taken care of immediately. In less than a week the wedding set was being worn with pride and appreciation for his fine workmanship and all that it entails. We recommend, TJ's highly!
