My car was crushed in the middle of a pile-up. I took everything I had and bought a car from them that they said had a new inspection sticker on it. I accepted that the ac and windows did not work because I just needed a vehicle so I could get to work. Luckily my father was able to fix all the lighting and electrical issues, because I would have been left STRANDED again if not. The vehicle still has no working low-beams. We fixed the high beams and the blinkers. All of which is necessary for a vehicle to actually pass inspection. I have no choice but to run this car until I am in a better financial situation but I will never be swindled into purchasing an illegally passed vehicle. Hopefully this serves as a warning to someone else.
