My first time at this location and it was excellent. I checked in with no problem the room I reserved was very clean and very fresh scented wish I had that as perfume lol. The staff was amazing they made you feel like you were at home. Shoutout to the public area employee and I believe his name was Jeff. I was watching him while I was sitting in the lobby and he was taking on a lot of tasks at one time. The lady who cleaned my room the following day went out of her way to get everything I asked for. Her name was Paige and she was excellent please let her know that I really appreciated her. Thanks for a great experience I will definitely be back!

This hotel was fantastic! Check-in was easy, staff is friendly, and the room was very clean. I have stayed in many IHG Hotels over the years and this hotel room was better than some of the Crown Plaza Hotels(owned by IHG) I have been in recently. One of the things I really liked was the walk in shower with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in large bottles with pumps...a very nice feature. The room was also very comfortable and the modern decorating was a nice touch. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Good room! Clean!! But ...I made a call prior to the reservation. I was not given a straight answer if the pool was open. We came a week later and the pool was out of order. Swimming is an important part of vacation for my son.

The hotel is a newer property, one of the few places I find the beds extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, super close to good cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff here are good, especially a nice lady named Brenda, she is super nice and super helpful. Only problem is the water in bathroom is not hot enough.
