Need to learn customer service skills, poor unprofessional They so far from the truth, every person in this store make his own rules, neglected all , untrustworthy., they don't care very pride.

First time I went they told me it would be an hour wait. There were four employees and only three customers. The second time I went I was told that I was reading the wrong reviews and I shouldn't get the phone I wanted. They later admitted what I wanted was out of stock. At least employees were not eating their lunches on the sales floor this time.
