This is an amazing organization! Only place in the entire country dedicated to teaching kids snow sport. 100% run by volunteers, non-profit. If you have kids in Northern NV, this is an absolute must. The cost is extremely reasonable. Best value for skiing and boarding that you with ever find.

Yes they have trainers for both skiiers and snowboarders.
No but if you go up the hill a couple of miles on the right is a very small Hill for that. Or go over the hill to sheep flat Meadow and it is wonderful tubing. There is nowhere to rent tubes up there you would have to have your own
Rolland... Sky tavern is a volunteer organization. There Will be teaching opportunities, but they are not piad positions.
It is a non-profit private resort for kids to learn to ski. You have to buy a season pass for the year. they do not sell tickets for the day to the public.
