Building is older and furniture is antiques. Geared to the "older" senior citizen. Apartments are small.

You need to call the company. But i can tell you that when you have them wash your large blankets they charge a large amount. The regular washers are not big enough. Any item that is not covered in the rent cost will add a good amount of extra charges. It is a nice building and nice rooms though. Just need to get used to the levels and the odd design so you don't get lost.
