I would highly recommend seeking the services of another investment or real estate company. This company makes promises that they KNOW they cannot deliver.... and they don't! I have been strung along month after month with false commitments to provide homes to purchase as part of a 1031 exchange and after 6 months - still no property! Andy and especially Stacy, treated me as nothing more than an annoyance. In fact, the customer "service" provided by Stacy was actually abusive. After 30 emails and MULTIPLE follow-up phone calls on my part, she is claiming I "went dark" just when my portfolio was coincidentally identified and treated me in a very demeaning and condescending manner. Very disappointing.

The CEO and COO are stand-up gentlemen who are accessible, personable, and are always strategizing about ways to provide consistent investor returns, while helping deserving people become homeowners.
