I am a returning customer, I am giving 3 stars because regardless my family still had a blast. BUT my complaint is the pontoon we used needed some work done. First off before we even got out of the dock it wouldn't start, finally got out and as soon as we passed the no wake zone, the pontoon shut off again. It took a while to start it back up and finally got out to Shell Island. When we climbed back up the pontoon, I reached for the seat and luckily I was holding on because the chair was detached by the ladder. Not sure if our other boat did that but that is dangerous if you're not holding on to something else. As we were out the boat stalled out 3 more times and took forever to get it back up and running. I am highly disappointed this time around and only gave 3 stars because we had fun. When I return I'll be looking for a different place or just rent one in Destin instead. Pontoons need some maintenance work.

Good service and great tour guides. There was a lot of waiting wich was the only negative. Luckily, there is a sitting area with some sunshade. The highlights of the tour has to be Shell Island and just ridding around on the jet skis. Don't expect a lot of dolphins. Not sure why every company markets dolphins tours. We saw some but we were never offered to swim with them, like is offered on their website. I did not mind this as I was there just ridding with my kid and wanted to see the island. Shell Island is beautiful and our guides dropped us off in a very secluded area. There were only two families in the gulf side of the island for a big stretch of the beach, so it was pretty empty, which we liked. The sand and the water were perfect to relax and recharge for the return trip. Overall, good value and good experience. Guides were great in explaining operations, safety precautions, and the overall service they provided.

Amazing! The best part of our trip for sure!! Well worth $50 a piece for my boyfriend and I. Our tour guide was Jason and he knew so much about the island. He guided us safely and made sure everyone had fun but no one was left behind. He gave great instructions!! The view of the water was awesome and we saw 4 or 5 dolphins while on the jet ski. When you get to shell island it actually looks like a Caribbean beach. The sand is white and the water is clear blue and emerald green. Watch out for shells though. Tip: If the driver isn't at least 30, the driver will have to take a test so get there early!! I highly recommend this jet ski rental to everyone!!

This place is the best. Tim and the crew were very helpful with getting registered and all set up, Tim was our guide and he was awesome! Highly recommend Tim for the guided tour, great experience to shell Island then Tim took the time to get us to a spot where dolphins were and we got to experience them, this will be memories for a lifetime. You can not go wrong using them. Thank you for a memorable family vacation Sunshine Water Sports.
