We stayed for a week. It was very clean. Spots where paved and level. They have gone the extra mile. They were very welcoming even to our children. Every staff member we came in contact with was super nice. The services are great and they go above and beyond. My children chose to stay in instead of going out for entertainment. They had karaoke and food trucks. I can not say enough about them. Price was great. We will not stay anywhere else in PCB!! And did I mention it's close to the beach!!

We loved our stay at this resort. Though we didn't get to use all of their amenities, we did tour it, and saw that everything is very well kept. Both pools are beautiful. The lakes are gorgeous. The fitness room was very well equipped. We plan to stay again, should we stay in the area in the future!

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend, it was kinda pricy but so are hotels during holiday weekend so not complaining at all. We had a great experience, everyone in the office and rest of staff were super friendly. All the facilities were very clean and well taken care of. They did a ice cream social, and glow night while we were there for activities. Would definitely stay here again anytime!

People who work here are really nice! We are across from construction. We were in a major dust storm today.everyone is upset they are not using water. So much for our clean trucks and units that cost alot of $$$$. We were told the corporate in Michigan was in charge .So they cant do anything about this contractor. Will not be back! They did have Salt Rock Band yesterday. Awesome concert.

We stayed there a week and paid $300. The rates vary depending on how long you stay but this resort is pricier. It's almost immaculate, beautiful and well-run. Compared to the others we saw in the area, it's top-notch.
How much are HOA fees?
A lot. It is expensive. Stayed there January 2018. Four rows with water front most and road side less (and noise)
Great WiFi all over. Never really had a problem like most campgrounds. :)
They give a monthly discount. Not sure about price, you can get that answer on their website
Rates are different in different seasons, if you are waterfront site, day of week, amount of days staying. Just have to get online, put in request,.and wait for them to reply. Or just call.
They usually do not allow more than 90 days to 6 months. There are definitely higher rates for the seasons. You would not want to stay here year round unless you had lots of shade and those spots book up fast. If there is even any shade left due to the hurricane. Also, lots of people living in the area using spots usually used by tourists bc homes are still destroyed. I stayed a month in July and was well over a grand with military discount. Good amenities.
The prices are very high this time of year. Its tourist season. This is one of the nicest RV parks in the area.
You will need to contact Emerald Coast RV Resort .. Sorry
Agree Susan ... There were some damage but they escaped the hurrican with minimal damage and should recover quickly.
They supposedly have electricity and water and are working at cleaning the park up. Please don't tell people that it was destroyed unless you have seen it first-hand for yourself.
The Park is in good shape. They posted some pictures and reports out on facebook. I would suggest that you try the facebook page for updates.
I was in the park yesterday it looks great. The fencing around the outside of the park was down but was getting worked on that day. Some of the pine trees were down a d workers were busy trimming them. The pools, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, playground, covered picnic/basketball courts, exercise room and clubhouse were all in great shape. The multiple dog runs/parks were fine. The sites are completely clear and beautiful.

Don't know for sure. Give office a call.
The cost may vary. Website should be able to tell you.
It is a short 10 min drive, we loved Saint Andrews State Park
Average cost to buy about $ 140,000 Monthly HOA. $750-$1250
If you have a military ID you will get a 20% discount. Need to call for rates.
Military gets a 20% discount. The daily rate with discount is around $70.00 plus tax. Definitely call them.
There are restaurants within a couple of miles. Check Trip Advisor and Foursquare for distances.
No but its probably a mile away.
Yes, it's so cool, when you check in you get a reroute that controls it from the convenience if your vehicle. Them you drop it off when you leave.
They definitely have monthly rates. When we were there we met several people who come down from the north and reside there for 6 months straight. Another cool Factor about the sorry Resort is that they also have a storage facility and have a truck that can move your RV to and from Storage if you wanted to keep it there and make that destination your continual location to go to. And I know the rates for storage were 62 to $65 per month and the transport fee to and from Storage is $17 each way from site to storage and storage to site. I would call them directly for monthly rates as I do believe that fluctuate based on time of year.
They have a lot out back with lot of room
Not clear to me either. Suitcase space?
I know they have a monthly per day rate that is much cheaper than their weekly per day rate but I do not remember a discount for multiple months. Staff is very friendly give them a call.
