I’ll disagree with “amazing customer service”. Came in to purchase 2 big pieces of equipment. Employees had no knowledge in equipment they have in stock. Answer to simple question is “I don’t know” wow. Was advised to call sales rep, well guess what if I wanted to call sales rep I would have done it from my house without wasting time going there or shopped online. Looks like lady was more interested if the equipment was for a restaurant or not instead of trying to help and sell. Anyways I’m taking my money somewhere else. This people have no desire to sell, so don’t take your money there. They might be “amazing” in can openers sales but not equipment that for sure.
