Being a marathoner, it's good to know that there is a chiropractor who is very knowledgeable in what I need to maintain the health for vigorous training. Dr. Sherman takes the time to explain everything he's going to do before he does it. Getting cracked and popped can give you an overwhelming feeling. However, the staff is very friendly and makes you feel relaxed beforehand. For everybody out there, I recommend Chiropractic Worx, especially runners.
