If the vehicle has a recall, the dealership has to cover it at no expense to you. Google Ford recalls and see if it let's you input your vin number and if it comes up make an appointment with the dealership and tell them about the recall
Our service drive can get pretty busy. Having an appointment is recommended, but you can always stop by or give us a call to get the current wait time for service.

I work at berge as tech, we set the gap to .028"-.030" now if you're running a tune you may want to gap down the plug to avoid spark blow out, but if you're not then .028"-.030" will do just fine, good luck.
You don't have to but you can. They are often priced competitively. They can also tell you what you need and site you can go to to get mitt info on brands, synthetics, etc. Very helpful, and not judge for ford owners
