1) When you arrive the staff is wearing a mask as it seems like a policy....even outside. *Speaking of outside..I can't say if strictly enforced while outside as I didn't experience it. 2) When a vehicle shopper or even a guest who is having service done enters the showroom, it seems their policy (similar to every business policy) is requesting you wear a mask - however not sure if a a medical condition is required to wear a mask. 3) They have staff that sanitize the showroom and guest areas constantly that I have seen while on the 2 visits for regular service (oil change, etc.). *I should note the sales area was spread out when I purchased my vehicle there so I can't imagine that was ever an issue, but the service guest area did lose a few chairs allowing for greater distancing. Just my observation.

We do not have a body shop on site, but feel free to bring it into our service department. We can get a body shop estimator on site to evaluate the damage.
Depends on your situation, and who you deal with. The parts department didn't understand what I said when I asked them for an injector wiring harness; and like a robot, asked if I wanted wiring harness 1 2 or 3. They said they were guessing it was #3, but if it was incorrect I would most likely be stuck with the wrong part. Maybe the sales department or finance department is better?

For routine maintenance, for instance, an oil change or tire rotation, no you do not need an appointment. Come on down, whenever is right for you! Although, for other service needs we do require an appointment to ensure that we have all the materials necessary to complete your service needs appropriately and efficiently.
