Ben @ AGP Turbo is a really knowledgeable and nice guy and very generous with his time. Over the course of our several conversations he answered a slew of detailed questions I sent him and did so with a level of completeness that I don't typically find in most cases. The thing I appreciate most though is that many of the questions he answered were after it had already become clear that I was going to go a different route (not rebuild my failed turbo but just take the opportunity to upgrade to a different one through other sources). He was still willing to help even after there was no immediate business being generated from it and he never once was pushy about about suggesting I rebuild my turbo or order a replacement through them or anything like that, which is also rare these days. So while I didn't actually end of doing Business with AGP and can't speak from that side, I can speak to their character, helpfulness, and knowledge. If I do end up rebuilding a turbo at some point I'm 100% going to go through AGP after this experience

I’m from Michigan and had bought a car from Tempe AZ that had AGP turbos on it after 2 weeks of having it thought I blew them out BUT gave AGP turbos a call and spoke to Kevin and man he was an awesome guy and told me everything about their turbos and how strong they r and told me to check other things before jumping into conclusion and guess what? it was a simple problem and if it wasn't for Kevin I think I would of pulled my turbos out and sent them out to get rebuild for nothing THANK YOU Kevin and AGP turbos.
