After issues from another repair shop, we decided to go to CPR instead. Andre was able to help us right away when we took in the phone. He was very knowledgeable and got our phone done fairly quick. The price here for an iPhone screen wasn’t even competitive to other stores, it was cheaper as we got quoted around $500-600 somewhere else. I would definitely recommend CPR to everybody and I highly appreciated Andre for the help.

Had a pretty good experience with CPR--came in, had a battery problem diagnosed and the parts were ordered and I was given an estimate of when it would arrive. Service was fine, phone is fixed. The thing that would have made it GREAT would have been a proactive customer service call/email when the part was delayed a day, as hours matter when electronics are down.
