My xbox series was not turning on so I took it here and they said they would take a look at it. 3 weeks later I had not received one call from them so I went to the store and spoke to the manager who said they would call me by the end of the day to inform me of the situation. Two more days go by and still had not received a call so I called them and told them I just wanted to pick it up. He then apologized and gave me the option to ship it Virginia so a "special" person can fix It there, and charge me $400+ for it. First, of all even if he could I no longer wanted to give them my money. Secondly, they did have somewhat of an answer and still could not call me to inform me of it. Would not recommend this place as this has got to be some of the worst customer service I have ever come across in any business!

So great! Went in to get my phone fixed and the owner was very honest and nice about what was going on and didn't want me to leave until I was completely happy with my phone. Will highly recommend in the future.

Hopefully you figured it out by now, but that's a software issue. Try updating the Blue Ray player software on the xbox. Also restarting the xbox can sometimes clear it.
