Just recently moved in and I have been highly satisfied with the leasing office and maintenance. I have run into a few repairs (specially some minor stains on the carpet from the previous occupants, noted on the moving checklists doc and were advised I won’t be responsible upon vacating the place) and complaints that needed addressed and everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. Park Club leasing office employees are respectful, attentive and responds to maintenance requests and other communication promptly. They maintain a beautiful community and I highly recommend living here.

Absolutely awful place to live. When we first moved in the heat was turned off in the coldest (-10 degrees) week in February and we had to fight the electric to turn it on when it shouldn’t have been our issue. We have had multiple issues since including our AC not working properly and completely going out. It was just replaced this week and went out again and the office is closed and there is no emergency maintenance number to fix it. We have spent most the summer, including this weekend with no AC in 90 degree weather and and they refuse to take off any money for rent. I would absolutely not recommend living here and I wish we paid more attention to the reviews before signing a lease.
