I have been a patient of Dr. Petit's for several years. He as compassionately and professionally helped me through two knee replacements and one hip replacement (a second hip may be in the future). He has been very kind and patient with me on all occasions, willing to spend extra time with me to answer all my questions. And his surgical skills are unsurpassed in my experience. He is like an artist with of course years of professional knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend him and the wonderful team of nurses, PA's and other professionals who work there, not to mention the office staff.

What a life changing experience for my wife the procedure performed by Dr. Hegewald has been. She suffers from a chronic illness that affects her gait, subsequently she injured her ankle on vacation and then went untreated thinking it minor. Over time this resulted in malformation of the bone and connective tissues in her ankle in addition to a completely fallen arch, walking any distance became extremely painful and difficult. Dr. Hegewald arthroscopically exorcised the misshapen bone, grafted bone to rebuild her arch and with stem cells and grafted connective tissues straightened her ankle and it has made an incredible change in her ability to walk. Her recent x-rays show a totally different view of before and after, really cannot say enough about the difference this procedure made for her. The staff here has been extremely professional, communication has been excellent from start to finish and her visits have always quick and thorough. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hegewald to anyone requiring the type of services he provides.

Dear OSM, Please advise me of the current status of the invoice for Acct. No. 90132. I have indicated on numerous occasions my dissatisfaction with your service and my intention to not pay this bill. If you recall, the appointment was to do something about this BB sized growth under the scar tissue. I was told it would go away. It's still here. I tried to get your staff to understand that I know my body pretty well and I know when something isn't healing right. I got no satisfaction. Just a bill. It feels like an insult. What can we work out? PS, I would have emailed this to you, but you don't provide your address on the bill.

On my first visit I saw the PA who was informed, proactive and efficient. He sent me for needed x-rays and provided me with the results. HOWEVER, I did NOT meet the surgeon for whom I had the appointment: Andrew Bryan. A few days later, I was contacted by the scheduler to set a date for hip replacement surgery. Now who in their right mind will agree to surgery without meeting the actual surgeon (or, are PA's now doing the surgery?). When I told the scheduler this detail she agreed to give me an appointment with A. Bryan a few weeks later. Net result: I lost my window of opportunity to have the procedure done before my husband was slated for open heart surgery - and this was shared initially with the PA. My conclusion is that this clinic strives to make the easiest and most cost effective inroads for surgery without following logical steps to ensure the patient and surgeon meet and consult - like they used to do. Bryan offered to squeeze me in late in December, but by then it was too late. By all appearances it is a mill for hip replacements by the cheapest work-up possible. It is unsettling and disturbing - at the very least.

They seems to have specialists for everything, I had a hip replacement done earlier this year and the same Dr/surgeon is working with me now on a torn Achilles and heel fractures. Not sure on out of state but they work with in state workers comp, I would say call, they are busy but friendly and helpful (might just call and ask for billing instead of asking the front desk)
