Delivered load for them from San Diego to Pennsylvania. On loading they kept 6 hours and then on delivery it was the same. There is evidence for this in the documents. The times of arrival and departure are marked there. Was on the road for 4 days. No one was interested in my geolocation. I checked the macropoint app before leaving - no tracking requests were received from them. I made a request to Macropoint support, they confirmed that there were no requests to track this shipment. When submitting documents and trying to get a surcharge for the delay, he was refused. For not using tracking. I wonder how, according to this office, I should start using the program if they did not send a request. The most interesting thing happened later: I turned to their office for clarification - I was told that there were no problems and within 24 hours they would solve this problem and they had no complaints against me. After 24 hours there was no answer and I called again. This time, they answered me in a boorish manner that I cannot count on an additional payment, and if I find out something else, they will never work with my company again. no problem. There is no desire to work with such brokers. Judging by the reviews I read, this is such a cunning trick of these people. Prescribe in the contract the use of a location tracking program and then do not send a request so as not to pay for any delays. A very clever scheme. well done.
