Place was clean. Small washer washed well. Even had actual hot water coming out. I had to add a runaway sock and saw that the water was hot. Thr dryers dry very well also. Cost was reasonable

They range from $2.50 for a small washer like a house would have up to $8.50 for a washer that will probably do the whole house in one load. The largest washer will hold 80 pounds of clothes at a time. Hope this helps.
