Horrible customer service, called to just inquire about the apartments and I was met with attitude and rudeness. I can only imagine what the actual tenants go through.

Paid the deposit and our move in date got pushed back 5 times due to “inspection” (our original move in date was september 1st)was told our move in date was the beginning of the next month(October 1st) and called to check in and was told inspection wasn’t until the 8th. After being told next week 5 times we finally got our deposit back. Very unprofessional. They need better maintenance and definitely don’t move here if you need something ASAP. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

I recently moved in to Cross Keys Apartments and had a very pleasant experience.. My apartment is everything I was told it would be. Nice , clean, and remodeled. The office staff was super friendly in helping especially Mercy. Its been over a month and no problems. I love living here
