Hi Swapna, thank you for taking the time to ask us a question! Polaris Crossing is on a RUBS water system. Your water and sewer bill will be separate from rent. This bill can range from $30-$50 depending on the size of your suite! Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

No, there are absolutely no bedbugs. All renovated apparments. New carpet.
