The first room we got was huge and perfect for my family, but there was pet hair all over the floor and the couch and the chair. Also, all over the bed. They didn’t change the sheets either and no one came to vaccum. We decided to switch rooms. They only offered to refund %15 on one night and there was foundation on the covers. I wasn’t wearing makeup. So it just shows that they don’t change their covers. I give it a thumbs down.👎

When we checked in we went to our room where we had no towels, pillow cases were stained and bedding was as well. Once going down and getting towels the ones we got were not clean. That night we went to shower and had no hot water completely ice cold the next morning we told the office and they said they would take care of it as we had one more night. Once getting back to the hotel we tried to shower again and ice cold water plus the drain wouldn’t even drain so you were standing in 2 inches of ice water. When checking out we told them we wanted to talk to a manager about our stay and we were told we would hear from them that day. We didn’t. Then we called the next day and said they would call us back. Then two days later we called again. Nothing. Called a week and a half later and the manager still not in even though we called at the time they supposedly worked and were only offer 10% back on our stay. Very annoyed and will not stay again.

I had to stay here one night because everything was booked.. I was going to pay credit but when I seen the sign you can pay cash but with a $150 deposit and you get that back when checking out.. So I paid cash and gave the deposit. The room was beat up and the bed was not comfortable.. When waking up I find a cockroach in the shower!!! I took a picture to proof it!!! I got out of there right away!! But when I go to leave the girl at the desk tries telling me I only have a hundred for deposit!! So not only does this place have cockroaches they also steal your money!! Do Not Stay Here!!!!

Very clean, very friendly staff, and pretty close to all major attractions. Great place to stay and not overly expensive. Went to a hockey game, aquarium, and there are a couple good restaurants right near the hotel that are just as worth the stay here too. We will be staying here for our future trips to St. Louis for sure! Rooms are spacious, and when we brought up an issue with the door handle on the shower door they were quick to apologize, even though it wasn't needed, and work on getting it fixed. Just wonderful place!
