I brought a diabetic patient that was in obvious DKA. His blood sugar was well over 300 and they never addressed it by giving him insulin along with fluid and pain killers. He wound up getting sent to Grady General because Mitchell County does not have an ICU. They failed to give him insulin and by the time he got to Grady General his blood sugar was over 700... He could have died!! I am ready to sue them for their shoddy service. Don't take your family members to this hospital!!!
