My experience at Gaston emergency was pretty good this time last time I wouldn't have gave you a dime for them but they treated me well and got me to the hospital so thank you all the nurses that help me and doctor I really appreciate it like I said last time was a nightmare all right well thank you so much

Doctor John kempner was extremely rude. The only medical advice given was stay away from people that make you sick and stay away from people in general. I was asked "if you knew you were sick what do you need from me" amongst other rude and irrelevant comments. Horrible experience all the way around

HCA Florida Gadsden Emergency camps was efficiency with timing, client services and the concerning of my needs. I've noticed a huge positive turn around with this campus. The staff seem to be concerned and not rude or showed sign to be rushed. The nurses and x-ray tech were all pleasant this behavior of the health officials was outstanding. Despite their dangerous jobs I truly appreciate them for their hard work and dedication to my community here in Gadsden County. Thanks HCA Gadsden County Campus!

They had my father there for over 10 hours, Doctors were not attentive and didn’t even check in but twice the whole time. At the end they didn’t tell him what the blood results showed. Claimed that the hospital in Tallahassee was “getting a room ready” for 9 of the 10 hours. Very disappointed.
