Always clean, kind staff, plenty of room. Jenny at the front desk is so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend if you need a safe place to sleep while traveling.

Spent a good deal of time making and then having to reschedule our reservation. Each time, the general manager was gracious, patient, understanding and helpful. The location is ideal as a central location from which to explore the Florida coast towns of Quincy, Mexico Beach and Tallahassee amongst others. Never a problem in finding a parking spot, room was quiet despite being adjacent to the breakfast room and sleeping was not a problem on the comfy mattress, and the newly designed "chaise lounge" was perfect for my husband with sleep apnea. My only regret was leaving behind my knitting bag, but I can hardly blame the staff. They even offered to send it back to my home. As always, the food choices and cinnabuns were hot and delicious!

Stayed here overnight for a trip to FSU. Rooms were clean, front desk clerk was super nice! Breakfast was plentiful. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed on our way through to the East coast, and we were really UN-pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: One of the two doors to the breakfast buffet (the "Exit" door) was closed and locked during breakfast - a *very* strange approach, in this COVID world. Furthermore, my wife was told the TV couldn't be changed to NBC to watch the "Today" show - first time we've ever been refused that small request. The staff was generally bothered by all our service requests. On the bright side, on our way back through a couple weeks later (yes, I decided not to cancel our existing "return trip" reservation at this property), things were much better (must've been a "good" day).
