Best ER ever. I was in a lot of pain and the doctors and nurses were so caring and nice. They were able to figure out what I had! The way patients are treated and cared is outstanding. We even got a snack while we were waiting (it was pretty late at night). Clean, organized, and super fast. Thanks so much for making me feel better. 🥰

Very professional. The complete staff here are nice and helpful. They treat you as a friend here instead of just a patient. It’s never fun coming to the emergency room, but here they go out of their way to make it easier and to keep you comfortable. Without a doubt, this has been the easiest experience at a ER, hospital, etc… for me. They even go out of their way to make your family comfortable. GREAT people!!!!

Patients ER is top notch. I’ve visited another nearby facility for the last couple of years thinking that was my only option for urgent care. Patients ER is my new place for when we need care quickly. The staff was so friendly and personable. Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt like I was the only person there (I was not!!) No rushing. Excellent bedside manner. Genuine concern for my well-being. Baytown is blessed to have Patients ER!!

Came to Patients ER for a chest pain event. They were very thorough and explained all the tests very well. Staff were knowledgeable and caring. I ended up staying the night for observation. The unit was comfortable, quiet and they even gave me pajamas! I appreciate the wonderful care I received during this scary time!
