This office has deactivated my account as I can only work evening hours and they are very unprofessional and rude. Need to get better employees in their offices. They'd have more people to work for them.

I was interviewed on a Friday for fork lift position and told I had the job but all she had to wait for was the back ground check. “If it comes back today I’ll get back to you or I’ll call you Monday” Monday came around, nothing. I waited til Tuesday to call and “oh I’m sorry she’s on vacation”. So I asked if anyone else could help me check on the status of it & all I got was “unfortunately she’s the one that has to help you”.. so they took my info and they would email her , but I know they did nothing …. The following week I called & emailed her ….Monday, Tuesday & finally til Wednesday ( two weeks later) Ms. Laura serrato answered after explaining what happened all I got was “unfortunately that company is no longer looking for people for that position”…. So basically, her going on vacation cost me a job and NO ONE in that office wanted to help….worst experience with a staffing agency.
