They cancelled my booking which I had reserved weeks in advance. I got an email less than a week before my stay saying they “cannot honor your upcoming booking”.

Booked room months in advance(3 to 4 months). Through Travelocity, received email today that room is canceled. No explanation. Now hotel is not answering phones or calling back. Update- Hotel overbooked. My guess is we didn't pay as much as the football bookings would have. Not the first time this hotel has done this.

I booked a room here for the last week of Marti Gras over 2 months in advance. I arrived in New Orleans and called to confirm and they claimed my reservation had been cancelled and they had no rooms. I explained I made one reservation but decided to extend my stay so cancelled the first and made a second. Expedia has showed my 2nd reservation alive and well for over 2 months and confirmed they had sent it to the Treme Hotel way back in November. I even called Treme in November to confirm and they said I was booked then! Expedia told me I needed to cancel the 2nd reservation, that was active (that Treme claimed was cancelled) so I wouldn't be charged - then I had to scramble to find any place reasonable to stay, had to leave for 3 days and come back for Marti Gras. Ruined vacation. I know what Treme Hotel did!! I got a cheap rate when I booked so they cancelled my reservation so they could charge overpriced Marti Gras prices!! SHAME! REPORTED!!!
