A family member of mine stayed here and the description of the behavior from the staff is beyond disgusting. While in a vulnerable position the staff chose to gossip and discuss details of my family member’s mental state in front of everyone including other patients. Any requests no matter the size were ignored or completed with attitude. Complaints have been filed but went ignored because of the mental state most are in upon entering. It should say a lot when a person is sent to multiple behavioral health centers and this place was at the bottom of the list because of how embarrassed and disgusting comments by the staff made them feel. Train your staff better! How would you feel if a family member of yours was being mistreated in a place you sent them to be safer?

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at Covington Behavioral Health. I did the 30 day program for veterans. I was completely broken and hopeless upon arrival. I needed nothing short of a miracle. The staff was loving and compassionate. Shout out to the best of the best. Emma, Mattie, Diana, Arilyn, Andrew, Jeff, Rodney, Nayoka... The list goes on. They showed me a dose of compassionate humanity that I will forever be grateful for. Sometimes that's what it takes to create a spark of hope for people. Much love!

you can request it but they will most likely have someone else in there with you cause they will not turn someone away just so you can be in a room alone which i think is wrong cause when you feel bad or sick you would prefer to be alone and if they opened up more wings they would have plenty of room for everyone to have their own room however when i was there i was assigned a roommate but she couldn’t stay in room cause it was so cold so she stayed in the padded room
