Nurses and doctor told my fiancée that she can’t use their restroom anymore because someone clogged the toilet before her and now it’s her fault. On her next visit after, they pulled her aside and said she’s not allowed to use it anymore because that’s what happens when you “flush a roll”. They also were not truthful about being able to switch the allergy shot serum to other doctors. They will not give us help, information, and have begun ignoring phone calls because we can’t get anything about this done without assistance. At this point we have to drive an hour and a half to covington every week from Baton Rouge to get shots and they will not help us. I’ve seen multiple be endlessly rude in situations were it was not merited, this is extremely strange and confusing. We will very likely have to take legal action to get them to start helping soon, they have really halted helping at all and all we need is help sending the serum to an allergist in Baton Rouge.

There really is no review I could write that would describe what my experience at this clinic has meant to me. This clinic saved me from a miserable, sickly life. After going to 18 physicians in four years, I was giving up on doctors. My primary care physician referred me to AAI. I was sick all the time and miserable. Dr. Qureshi told me she was going to get me well. I was barely functional as a human. I didn’t believe her. Dr. Qureshi worked tirelessly to get me well. She is a thorough, intelligent, and compassionate physician. She is an investigator of sorts with regards to illness and does not give up on her patient. Ultimately, Dr. Qureshi got me better. When my little girl inherited similar issues to me, Dr. Qureshi was there. She got her better too and taught me to advocate for her with other physicians. Her staff and nurses have the same demeanor. They are all committed to your healing. In a time of managed care, AAI stands out as a compassionate, thorough, and innovative leader. Today, I am better. My daughter is better. Even my friends that go here are better. There were some changes we had to make...but Dr. Qureshi and her team are always there to treat, guide, and consult with us.
