I had my car taken here after an accident. Ryan at the service center decided to inform me that they don’t have room for my car there (not that I can move it). The car was left in the very rear of the parking lot only temporarily until my insurance picks it up. I’m up here almost monthly for oil changes because I put a lot of miles on my car. I’ve bought not one but three cars from this dealership. Empathy doesn’t exist here.
